Safety: This product is a game changer. It operates exactly the way you think it's supposed to. It is absolutely perfect. I called a plumber, and he was telling me it was $400. Because they couldn't get that piece out of my sink. Drain, I mean, out of my faucet but got this part stuck it in there gave it a twist it unscrewed with a little bit of effort. But it unscrewed and that gosh darn it, guess what? Save me $400. So if you got something like that, or even if you don't right now, you may have it's a good investment man, oh ma'am, first time i'm ever had anything that worked like it was advertised

Doesn't work. Only the top two holes are threaded on both pieces, middle and bottom holes are not threaded on both pieces. I suspect one side of the tool is the wrong part and will not let it function as intended. Great idea, but who ever put the parts in the ziplock bag, put in duplicate sides.
