Package received broken, light loose inside of the box and cover scratched, customer service is not willing to help much other than giving me cookie cutter responses, somewhere along the line of I can return the I damaged item, if damaged then I am responsible. Not really helping since the item was already damaged and that’s the reason for me to try to return.

This light is adorable and so well made. The metal is solid and there are 7 different light settings which it perfect no matter what I'm currently doing. My sons love their lights, and it's been pretty durable as well.

I bought the Edison light stick at an Overland Expo in the United States. I live in Canada. When I got home it immediately wasn't functioning as it should and I emailed customer service to see what they could do. They were happy to offer a replacement but unfortunately could only ship to us address. Fast forward about 10 months later and we went to a trade show in Dallas, Texas about a week in advance of the trip. I emailed the company and asked them if they would be willing to ship to the our Hotel. I now have my new Edison stick back home in Canada! It's working perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful customer service

I was introduced to these at Burning Man and was jealous of my friends that had them. I ordered three as soon as I got home for myself and as gifts. I love the look of them but also the functionality, small compact design, and the magnetic base.

It works well, if you fix a battery that needs to be pushed harder into the contacts. I added a small pad on the existing pad and it works. Without the extra pad, the light would not come on. See photos. You can place it on the battery or the cap.

It's a good product with a pleasant light, but it's terrible in power design. They're using a 18650 battery with a proprietary terminals layout, so you have to buy batteries only from them. Also it doesn't charge over type-c - type-c cables, only via type-a - type-c, which is very-very inconvenient, as I use mostly the modern type-c chargers.
