One of the straps didn't work in the e-track. The locking mechanism was slightly too long so it didn't fit in the e-track slot, preventing it from locking into the e-track. The attached picture has a blue arrow pointing to the piece that was slightly too long.

I am pleased with the quality of all the items I recently ordered from DC Cargo. The e-track ratchet tie downs are well made and will more than likely outlast the trailer they are being used in. Product was as expected. I ordered two 8' tracks and a 4'. The 4' oddly had a slightly different finish from the 8' but other than it was as expected and works well!
