Instructions say to put one tablet in 16 oz water, or vary to taste. I put 1/4 tablet in 32 ounces water just to give myself a little flavor break. I'm not looking to really "sweeten" the water so this is sufficient. Works great and I am pleased. Refreshing.

I got a sample from a local moms group and since then Ive been hooked. They taste way better than the other brands of electrolytes powders. Plus I like that its a tablet not powder. I can just put them in my purse.
