Shipping and delivery was pretty fast and my package came in great condition! This steamer feels high quality and it even includes a dust/storage bag and a cover to lay your steamer on. This travel steamer is affordable and actually works. I travel quite a lot and can't always carry conventional iron with me. For such cases this one comes quite handy. It's sturdy, durable and not heavy to carry or use. With respect to its performance, it does the job for sure. I'd definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for a portable steamer.
