Shipping and delivery was pretty fast and my package came in great condition! This steamer feels high quality and it even includes a dust/storage bag and a cover to lay your steamer on. Es buena y cómoda pero usar se calienta inmediatamente y es porque que no tiene botón para encender y apagar tienes que tener cuidado con eso siempre debes de poner en base que trae , el vapor de vedad excelente es muy fácil de usar y practica para llevar de viaje ,
