These are not dmx cables they are mic cables. There IS A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE IMPUDENCE!!!!! Normal xlr (microphone cable) has to much resistance for the dmx signal to flow. Mic cables have what it needs because of the sigmal that it needs.

I was very happy to get these cords. It eliminated me from having to mark the microphones. The brilliant colors of the cords also served as a way for my customers to step over the yellow or red cords.Here comes the disappointing part...after about a month, the microphone started skipping and going in and out of audio. I thought it was a loose connection at first, but then tightened up everything. It was still going in and out of audio. I swapped the cable with a Hossa cable, and now more going in and out.I bought 6 25ft cables and now I am afraid to use the other ones because I may get the same problem.

These are not DMX cables. I've tried it on my dmx chain but the lighting was not working correctly. After close inspection, I had discovered that it's labeled as a mic cable
