After eating one bar I knew I had found my new go to food! I can't say enough good things about the David bar, it's fantastic from the packaging to the taste. Wait I know let me list what I love about David so far:
1. Fast shipping.
2. Packaging from the box to the wrapper, outstanding!
3. Price hmm, not bad for what you get.
4. Now to the WowFactor the taste is so good (usually in a variety pack there are always some you don't like, not the case here!)
5. The size of the bar is huge and enough to fill you up, matter of fact if I'm eating it as a snack and not a meal I only eat half a bar.
6. All good wholesome ingredients
7. This bar has 28 grams of protein.
I plan to continue eating David bars.

I am a big Attia fan and when I heard he was making a power bar I figured it would be super effective. It had its inaugural tasting on a recent climb of Mt. Aconcagua in Argentina. It was a very physically challenging experience at altitude and challenging to get the calories you need to continue up to almost 7000m. I ate my first bar at 15,000 feet after a 5 hour climb and another 5 hours of hiking ahead. My body got kicked into gear from the 28g of protein and the carbs did the rest. Highly recommended by this 63 year old health span obsessed athlete!

These bars where all super tasty and great at letting me hit my macros wile it being super low calorie, only bad part abt them is the no fiber wich made me constipated cause I ate one everyday 🥲. As long as you don't eat it everyday or just conclude fiber in another way these bars are. A 10/10 and will definitely be repurchasing again. :)

David's bars are a dream come true. I always dreamed of a a bar that would have that amount of protein but not too much fat or sugar. Any bar that has good amount of protein also have a good amount of fat so it would be a very high calorie snack. David bar is only 150 calories with insanely yummy 28 grams of protein. I really love this bar and excited that I will always have something healthy and delicious for a quick snack. I eat them with coffee in the morning, yum yum!
