I got my package yesterday and I tried the oil swish and WOW! it's so easy to do and the taste is really good not so good you want to swallow it but it leaves the mouth really refreshed and as I was swishing it didn't make me want to gag or anything like that. I am new to this Ayurveda stuff but with this product I'm really enjoying it!!! I see myself doing autoship on this one.

I was reluctant to try oil pulling, but I decided to go all in with this product and try the tooth powder. The flavor is mild, it doesn't feel like a mouthful of oil at all.
