I take this daily during the fall, winter and spring season for an immune system boost! During cold and flu season, I send it to my kids out of town. They love it and have started using other Cymbiotika products. Tastes like blueberry juice!

I started this in January after having bronchitis and pneumonia all November and December. My husband and kids all had a variety of sinus infections, strep and flu during January and February and I avoided almost all of it. I got a very mild case of the flu after my kids had it and bounced back in days. This will be a daily supplement September through March.

I used to make my own elderberry syrup from a kit, but it’s not the most convenient. I love that I can buy this elderberry in pouches and take them on the go—and I love the taste. I will be purchasing more.

Elderberry is a MUST have especially during cold season. I used to have to travel with my homemade tiny jars of black elderberry and needed to put it in a cooler. Now with Cymbiotika's packaging and pre-calculated amount in easy to go pouches I can travel much simpler while feeling well.

This stuff works big time to ward off illness. It kept me from becoming sick when everyone around me was down badly. If i do become sick, it vastly shortens the amount of time I feel poorly. Definitely the best cold/flu season supplement I’ve ever used. Highly highly recommend!
