This one is my favorite one so far!! I look forward to having it ALL day, I take it before going to bed and I sleep so well! I lift weights so I am almost always sore, but ever since I started taking it, I noticed my recovery happens overnight!!! The taste is also insanely delicous!! I also give it to my almost 12 year old who's got ADHD and anxiety, I have him take it before going to school and he seems more focused! First off, I never write reviews. Second, I was really skeptical at first because of all the influencers and advertisement I saw. However, I am a believer in these products after taking them for a couple weeks. My stress levels have been extremely high due to work, grad school, mom life and holidays. I have tried many supplements and rival companies that swear by their products. I actually feel a noticeable difference taking this magnesium. I feel more leveled out since taking this and less like I want to snap at people. Yes, I wish it was a little more affordable. However, you also get what you pay for and I’d rather pay a little more for a product to have clean ingredients and be effective.
