I love this product so much, it's very hard to find a fragrance free curl cream that is affordable and actually works. I've tried a bunch of different products and this works best both for immediate after shower application and touch ups in between washes.

This product takes really well to my bleached curly hair. Super easy to use and reduces the amount of products I use. Even after I wash my hair it feels softer and more manageable. Has helped repair some of the damage from repetitively bleaching my hair thanks to the built in bond builders also overall a great product.

This is the only product from Inkey that I feel 'meh' about. I have fine, wavy hair and while this isn't bad, it doesn't seem to do much. It doesn't condition, it doesn't add shine, doesn't define. It also doesn't leave a crunchy feel or stiffness, so that's a plus. It just seems to sort of 'solidify' my hair, if that makes sense. It makes it less puffy, but any leave-in will do that for me. Think I will give it away, maybe it's for a different type of hair texture.

I use this on my wet, brushed hair before applying a mousse or gel with more hold. It adds some moisture and shine and helps cut down on frizziness a bit. I don't know if I'd call it "curl defining" as it doesn't have much hold but it's definitely a helpful addition.

I have been searching for a product to apply to my wavy hair for the past year. Now that I have found this, my hair looks so soft and the waves just pop up naturally! So grateful for this product AND so happy it's not expensive! I just apply this to wet, damp, or even practically dry hair, scrunch and lightly diffuse (if my hair was wet), spray hair spray, and then my hair has beautiful waves and stays soft to the touch. Bonus: the following day when I wake up, my hair doesn't look frizzy or sticky. This stuff is great! It feels watery, but who cares- it works well!

I haven’t used many curl creams but this one does just okay. It’s possible it will work better for other hair type than mine. My hair has a wavy but it has a hard time holding it, so it’s very awkward.

I have been letting my hair grow after fully bleaching it because it damaged my hair beyond repair and I lost most of the curl definition I had. Even though most of my hair is untreated now because I still have a significant amount that is bleached in the ends they were messing up the volume and definition. I tried a couple of different leave-ins and most of them either didn't do much in the ends or just made my hair feel sticky and weighed it down. But not this one! Honestly, I didn't have very high hopes when I first bought it but I have been pleasantly surprised. It defines both the treated and untreated parts of my hair and doesn’t feel icky to touch when my hair dries (which was really important to me). And for the longevity of my curls, I usually put my hair up, and if I don't pull my hair too hard when doing so the curls stay and keep most of their definition.

I find this to be really curl-enhancing without being at all sticky or gel-like (as many curl creams are... a lot of them are really cream gels.) For that reason it makes an excellent leave-in conditioner that doubles as a curl definer/enhancer. I haven't tried it as a single styler but I'm guessing it probably doesn't provide any hold. Which is fine for my purposes, since I always use a gel over any curl cream. I'm just delighted to find an unscented cream that performs this well at this price point.

I have used this twice so far and it really makes my curls pop into ringlets. Only down side is I think I may be putting to much and it gives my hair a greasy look. It will take time to learn the amount perfect for my hair

The only curl defining product that does not make my hair feel crunchy or hard. After applying to damp hair, makes my hair feel soft and smooth. My curly hair feels beautiful after using this treatment.

I use this after my showers as a leave in. I have noticed it hydrates and nourishes my hair very well with a lightweight texture but I didn't notice a difference in curl tightness or hold.

I have given this product a few tries and it leaves my hair super tangled and frizzy. It does not define my curls at all. it definitely add volume because of how tangled and unmanageable it make it. I do not recommend this product at all, and every time I touch my hair it leaves residue on my fingers. gross!

the best curl cream I have ever used. it doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy at all! I live in high altitude and very dry climate and this is the only product that has brought back manageable curls/waves back to my hair! don't over due it though! I run this product through my hair right after I was my hair and then comb it through. love it. paired it with the hydr. acid serum for hair and it's great.

(4a/low porosity) With every use my hair became drier. I didn't notice immediately because my tresses' needs fluctuate. I kept adding richer products and treatments I usually don't think of. Pre-poo, oils, deep treatments, masks, and tons of aloe juice. After maybe 1.5 weeks I found myself mixing up a moisturizer cocktail in a Dixie cup. As I applied my concoction, my fingers got lost in a surprising number of "rat's nests". It was then that I knew, I'd messed up. Never again.

This does definitely work but that being said, the effect doesn't last longer than a day or 2 for me. Also I have noticed my hair looks healthier and stronger, less split ends overall, but you should consider that this is a cheaper product, so therefore the hold isn't really strong, this product focuses more on the over all health of your hair, it's great for healing and strengthening your hair which is much better than buying something heavily fragranced or with a strong hold that might end up destroying your hair. I'm saying this from experience, invest in your hair's health with this product rather than investing in a hold from a less healthy option.
