Not every company can solve the problem on the first contact, but we have had probably 12 to 15 contacts and they still have not solved the problem. They have promised to mail a new one, but won’t actually do it. They keep telling me I need to go in and accept or deny the shipment and there is nowhere to accept or deny and the people in the TikTok chat for the company. They don’t speak English or understand what I’m saying otherwise they could’ve solved my problem way before now.
