The base is great. I bought a few bags of sand and filled bags. The umbrella was missing 1/3 covers. I wasn’t too concerned until I extended the umbrella. First there is no switch to turn on the lights that are in fact there. Second there is no way to lower the umbrella during wind. Beware.
