Tried to return but credit card on file doesn’t match any of the credit cards I have (because it’s not the credit card I used) and that is the requirement for some reason (which makes it difficult because it’s not my card).. reached out to vendor and not very communicative because their only option was to send a replacement. Which the have yet to ship.
