Great socks! I wear when strength training and running. I will wear for activities that involve prolonged walking or standing. The small was a tad big but likely as they are washed and worn, they will size down. I also bought arm sleeves which are great especially since I have nerve compression in my elbows.

Compression as promised! I can understand folks with calves on the larger end of the spectrum may find the top of the sock a bit more constricting, after a 12 or 15 hour day, I find that I need to fold down the top end to move the pressure point. I love them because my feet don't hurt nearly as much as they used to, and I get to sleep much better!
