I spent a decent amount of time looking for the perfect garden sifter and this one does not disappoint. The quality is strong and I love that it is modular and comes with the 2 different screens so that it can multi purpose. I've used it to sift soil in my raised beds before planting seeds, to sift rocks from dirt and also to sift my compost before adding it to my soil. In my photos the Red wheel barrel is what I sifted from compost. It looked fluffy and beautiful when I was done

I used my double sifter yesterday for my vermicompost and oh my goodness!!! It is super well made, sturdy and having the options to sift and then go back for a finer sifting is the best! Anything the worms didn’t eat, was able to put into a pile and direct bury it into my yard. I bought a sifter long ago and was terribly disappointed in it, it was far too small for my needs. This is perfect in every single way.

Used the compost garden sifter today- scooped that rich dark earthy goodness from the Vego garden bed composter. It has been fed since spring of '24. Lots of wriggly worms survived the winter. Easy to use sifter - to get those great worm castings for my Vego garden bed ready for planting. Just dumped the tiny workhorses back in the bin with the big chunksto keep up the good wirk!

Finally used the sifter I bought as well as one I received as a gift. One was the wider screen the other the smaller dimension screen. I sifted all the soil I had in my previously assembled beds. It helped break up the clay in the soil(which I bought years ago from a ag recycling program and was not supposed to have so much clay), and get out small pieces of plastic also from the purchased soil. It also allowed me to get many small rocks and pebbles. lots of work over weeks but worth it.

I love how light this sifter is, especially compared to others I've seen available. But, the light weight does not negatively impact the sturdiness! I feels like it will last for man years. I'm quite glad I got this one over others. The only issue I have with it is that, because of the bolts that attach the handles, if you want to switch between the two different screens, I could not find any way to do so without having to disassemble the handles from the sifter and then put them back on again after swapping. Fortunately, I don't think I'll have much need to swap screens very often, otherwise I might be a bit more annoyed about it.

Have been wonderful for sifting out rocks. Have used for a year and still as sturdy as ever. Loves these. Have used mostly for filling starter pots to sift dirt and compost.
