A few months ago, I decided to eat less carbs and up my protein intake. I’m 64 and active but noticed my weight and numbers creeping up. I added this collagen powder, grass fed whey protein powder and almond powder. I am amazed at how good I feel! Not only did I loose 15 pounds but my numbers are heading back to my optimal place. Added benefit is a scoop of collagen added to my afternoon coffee has replaced my afternoon snack. It fills me up and satisfies me. I also love that your products are baked. I have been using this collagen powder for a while now. It dissolves completely in my coffee, making it easy to use. It has no flavor, which I really appreciate. I can't tell if it is actually doing anything. My nails might be growing faster, but they are not stronger. I haven't noticed a difference in my hair or skin. I don't have joint pain, but I didn't have any before I started using it. I will continue to use it because it is reasonably priced, does not have extra ingredients that I don't want, and it is easy to use.

I did not know how important collagen was as a supplement until I learned more about it. Collagen is vital for our joints, hair, nails, skin, and others. I had hip surgery around 18 months ago and around 5 months ago I started having a lot of clicks and catching in my joint. I began taking collagen, and two months into daily use, I've realized that my hip is not clicking and catching like it was. There may be other variables, but it may be the collagen is doing its work.

I used to use a brand of collagen peptides (the one with the blue label) that is readily available at big box stores until I read articles about it being contaminated with heavy metals and arsenic. No thank you! I did a bunch of research and stumbled onto this brand. I gave it a try and it is AMAZING. I will never drink my coffee without this stuff again! It gives me a boost of energy and cognitive benefit when I need it most (mornings with kids) and I find it helps stabilize my blood sugar and cravings. I feel that I am more easily satiated with high-protein meals throughout the day with less cravings for sugar and carbs since I've started using this. My skin, hair, and nails also look amazing. I eat well and exercise, take vitamins, etc. so this isn't the only tool in my health and wellness and beauty toolbox, but it IS one that I wouldn't skip. LOVE IT. There is no clumping if you add it to hot coffee before your sugar and any milk - stir it in first - then add anything else if you take your coffee that way. There is really no taste, other than an extremely subtle creaminess that I really enjoy. (This whole review is my own personal experience and in no way medical advice!)

This stuff is awesome! I mix it in my breakfast drink every morning. Has no bad flavor, cant even tell it's been added. I'm not big on taking supplements but this stuff is great I'd recommend it.

I can't be sure any of the positive effects of taking collagen have kicked in yet, but my work outs are strong, and I am keeping my weight in check in spite of the long weekends. First, I tried to add this to my morning smoothie but it makes the texture frothy (IMO gross), then I added it after my smoothie was processed, but the collagen ended up sticking together in little chewy chunks (also yuck). The best option I found is to stir it in the coffee! I don't make a smoothie on days I don't work, so it's more consistent to stir it into my coffee anyway. It does change the flavor a tiny bit, but not in a bad way.

So grateful I found this! I’ve been using it daily for 2 months. I immediately experienced a significant improvement in my nails, skin, muscle, joints, and gut health. WOW. I wish I’d started taking collagen years earlier!! It’s been such a phenomenal addition to my health and fitness “tool kit,” and it’s so easy to add to any liquid; I usually just mix it in a plain glass of water and have no issues with taste, no side effects, etc. This brand is outstanding; I was so relieved to discover it, as I didn’t know where to start when I first began researching collagen and creatine. I’ve tried many Collagen brands, but Naked is the best. I was a bit worried about trying the “unflavored” version, as I’ve had other unflavored collagen powders that tasted like straight up beef in my morning smoothie, but Naked is truly unflavored. It dissolves easily into whatever you put it in, cold or hot. I like to put it in my iced matcha in the morning. Will definitely be purchasing again.
