It does give a nice color to the hair, made my hair a bit darker and lustrous. Doesn’t cover gray hairs. I took one star off because I couldn’t get a person to return the item, they gave me store credit but I wanted to return the product and the company stated that they do accept returns. Something I like about the mask is that it took my freeze away and made my hair more manageable. I wish it was unscented.

I have been using the Clear color depositing mask once a month, it has always dried my hair out. Since I had some left I thought it would be fun to mix it with the Cocoa , my hair is even drier and frizzier now, it feels horrible. I will not use these products again.

The color lay off is great and last a few washes with no problem, including the clear gloss. Unfortunately, even the clear gloss is drying. Your hair will look shiny and healthy, but your texture will be rougher and more frizzy.
