Decided to try slate Ultra Protein shake after seeing the high protein content , lactose free & overall low sugar content. Was very pleased with the taste , not too sweet just right !! Cans get very cold in the fridge & even drinking a whole can I don’t feel bloated at all but very satisfied. Slate is an amazing choice for a RTD protein shake ( chocolate is very good)

So glad they finally came out with a big enough protein shake that tastes amazing!! When I’m needing in excess of 240 grams of protein a day, this has been a help to take and keep the edge off when I’m jonesing for calories. Eating healthy, exercising, and making sure I get an adequate amount of protein to maintain muscle mass is extremely important. I had been using protein powders to make shakes, but these often left me feeling extremely full and sometimes uncomfortable. I tried the slate protein shake, and couldn’t be happier. They are tasty, give you a large amount of protein and don’t leave you feeling bloated or uncomfortable. These are now my supplement of choice. I love the taste and the nutritional facts. Only 190 calories for 42g of protein that is beyond fantastic. I also love the texture and quality. I don’t get bloated and it is easy to drink or take anywhere. I have tried both the vanilla and chocolate and both are amazing.

The consistency is super smooth and the ingredients are great! Can’t beat 42g! The chocolate flavor was just ok by itself but it’s amazing with a little cold brew in it. I’m excited to try the coffee flavored protein. I don’t usually do whey protein but this doesn’t cause any issues!

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have somewhat successfully engaged in a fasting routine that consists of just one meal of the same food M-F, late afternoon or early evening, and eating normal on the weekend. 5 light days with 2 normal days provided the right calorie-deficit diet for losing weight, when couple with normal exercise. Hunger was often the primary struggle on light days, with willpower losing to light snacking at times. Now, I drink one Slate Ultra Protein Shake for breakfast on light days, and it carries me through to the evening meal with no snacking at all.

It tastes very good. Close to a yoohoo, which i loved. The 42 grams protein at reasonable price per can is great. I ordered two cases and am getting more now.
