I absolutely dislike this play gym, especially for the amount they charge for this. It took four of us adults, using subpar directions. One of the 2x4s was bowed and threw the whole project/play set off kilter, so the rock wall does not fit properly with all screws. Simply put, the materials use to build it were not quality, making it ultimately impossible to correctly put together with no issues. Again, would NOt recommend.

We had some difficulty putting it together. Even when measuring the proper measurements we still couldn’t get the pieces to lay flush against each other at the top. We also couldn’t finish the rope wall because the holes were not drilled through all the way at the top to lace the rope through.

The playset itself is good quality and our nephew absolutely loves it! The rope for the rope ladder wasn't long enough so we had to adjust how we wrapped it. Also buyer beware you will need excellent visuospatial skills to be able to follow the directions. My husband has a mechanical engineering degree and is literally building our house and there were a few times he wasn't able to follow the directions how they were presented. There is no way I personally could have ever put it together. It took us about 3 hours but our nephew loved seeing it come together. If you know how to set it up I highly recommend though! It is a lot of fun!

We were very excited to get this playset for our daughter’s 4th birthday. My husband spent several hours putting it together since it came in many pieces. She got to play with it on her birthday and was so happy! 4 days later, one of the top rungs of the ladder snapped in half when she had her hand on it, causing it to hit her in the chest and fall to the floor. There was a large knot through the center of the dowel, causing it to be weak. Now we are hesitant to have her climb on it. What’s worse, is I called the company on Monday and the person I spoke with said they elevated it to their manager who would call me. It is now Friday and I have not received a call. We are disappointed that it only took 4 days for something to break and now the company won’t even call us to remedy the situation which concerns a child’s safety. Poor customer service in my opinion.

So far so good! I would say the instructions are definitely missing some explanations but we put it together! It seems sturdy and the fact that it can fold is a nice touch. The boys are 18 months and love climbing so I hope they love it!

Love the product! It looks fantastic and my kids love it! Strong, sturdy and fun! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 for the time needed to construct. Close to 12 hours to put the whole thing together. There were specific call outs in the instructions but there could have been more. Specifically the distance of the sections was the hardest. Maybe pre drilled holes in the rods would help. Ultimately I would still recommend others to buy and would buy again with the heavy expectation of how long it will take to construct.

A great indoor solution for energetic toddlers My 2.5 year old is loving the structure. He is still incapable of doing several things on it such as the monkey bars and has not gotten confidence to climb up and over from the rock wall to the rope wall. I think it means it will last him well through the next development stages and be great for his little brother . Everything is made very well and instructions were clear. It did take two of us about 5 hours to build with two kiddos being demanding.

Kids love it My kids are climbers and they want to explore! This indoor playground is just as fun and exciting for them. It has many different ways of how you do things. I just added an infant or baby swing for now for my 6 months old daughter that is not included, but swing will use later on that is in the box. Overall pretty happy w it!

Customer service is excellent. The playset is great quality. The folding isn’t possible for me to do it alone. It’s really heavy and you have to unscrew things, but it gracefully folds up with help. It took my husband and I about 3 hours to put it together. A few hiccups, but we were able to identify it by the next step. You may need to be builder savvy to complete it without help. I have a 2 yr old son who isn’t a climber, so I thought it would be great practice. He just isn’t into it. It’s really hard to safely slide without getting his arms caught in the rails and his feet hurt when climbing. I think climbers and older children will absolutely love it. Unfortunately , I’m returning it. I’ll go for something smaller with avenlur. The products are great. I purchased the sensory swing and he’s too big but my 1yr old loves it.
