my rating is specifically to customer service. I have tried numerous times to speak with someone to answer questions. I've emailed and called. The phone published phone numbers do not work. I finally had a person reach out by email but she did not provide me with a way to speak to her. I tried calling back on the number she left and it wasn't a good number either. I'm frustrated.

The seat was in an angle and we have to adjust a bit but still in is not levelled properly. We will putting her in it in few months and hope she likes it.

Ordered beige swing, receive gray swing w/different parts. Rope is short compared to swing online. What I received isn’t what’s being advertised. I don’t have time to take it apart and repackage it to send back, I barely have time to fold laundry. I will never buy anything advertised on TikTok again

Very cute addition for my daughter’s playroom! The only thing I would change is I wish the straps were adjustable so we could raise the swing up as she grows. She’s tall and her feet already swipe the floor when she’s swinging (8 months old). We tried to adjust ourselves but feel like we might compromise the integrity of the swing. Other than that we like it
