It’s like roller coaster to build it but the end result is amazing. First, they told us this outdoor chestnut is the first ever to use cedar wood which is for the long run will stand all weather greatly. We were so excited to wait for it. Upon arrival, we were surprised it didn’t look like the photos and all pervious reviews. The wood felt sandy and dull, some wood filler were still wet, and several pieces need to be replaced for split, cracks, and big holes. I called the cs and she was very helpful; connected me directly to the other lady, Reagan, who is in charge for this product. We provided photos and reason why some parts need to be replaced and she sent them all. Secondly, about the sandy part of the wood, we decided to lightly sand all the parts and put all weather sealant for few times. This process makes the wood smooth and beautiful. Lastly, it took us about 4-5 hours to put it together. The instruction is little bit confusing and some holes are not in line. Anyway, we are happy at the end :)

Mixed feelings I got this for my granddaughter. There are 3 pieces that look as if they split and were glued back together. The directions are ok BUT you need better pictures showing if the end is the slanted end or the round end for the rope climb section. I do worry how long it will last because of the glued pieces but for now at least she enjoys it

The assembly was challenging and some wood parts split and we had to glue them back together. The final result is pretty good though. You have to make sure the swings are tight. Currently the ropes on the swing move around and cause my child to go crooked when she swings. It's a nice compact design and we're anticipating bringing in doors this fall when the weather starts changing and rain sets in.

Toddler loves it. It’s the perfect size for our 2-1/2 year old. The only downside is that it reminds me of an IKEA furniture build. I would suggest they include a driver bit for the most common Allen wrench size.

Just what we needed!! We have a VERY active 2.5yo, and really needed some more outside entertainment options, that didn’t involve always having to drive to a park. A family member gave us this set as a gift and it has been a game-changer! Set-up was a bit intense, but the instructions were very helpful, and I feel really good about the safety, quality, and durability. Highly recommend!

My kids will love this Although It took me several hours to assembly it, mind you I am slow, it was really easy, step by step manual with pictures very intuitive. High product quality, excellent size, the kids will have tons of fun!

The colour was supposed to be chestnut colour but it’s much lighter, more like pine colour. It feels very unstable and wish there was pegs to secure it to the ground so it doesn’t sway back and forth. Also, the swing is secured on the monkey bars with straps, so when kids swing on it it’s also sliding back and forth and making the whole gym move side to side. We are very disappointed with the purchase.

My kids and their friends absolutely love this set. It’s fun, functional and high quality. The build was quite hard as the instructions are not very detailed and very confusing, but at the end of the day, the finished product is awesome. One of the pieces was broken when it arrived but the Avenlur customer service team was very quick and overnighted me the piece so I could get it built for my daughters birthday. I would recommend Avenlur products to others but hope they make better printer instructions and assembly videos for future owners.

Took 3ish hours to build with a handy man. Instructions are pretty clear and everything is labeled. Kids LOVE it! They use it every day. So happy we got it!
