The ring came securely packaged, and in a timely manner. The product itself is super well made and has an expensive quality. The ring has a good weight to it, which I wasn’t expecting. The display case is firee too. Fantasy dubs are hard to come by imo, so to have something like this to celebrate a championship win is worth every penny. Highly recommend.

The ring looks and feels great but I was sent the wrong one. But after getting with customer service, they sent me the correct one along with keeping the one I originally received. I received the new one within days after inquiring. Will definitely be back for future fantasy league prizes.

It would be nice to let people know that the engraving ships separately and takes about 2 additional weeks. Other then that ordering was great, the trophy was cool and all our trophies will be ordered from Trophy Smack going forward.

I purchased the ring case from you and ring last year as well as the belt ... we purchase a ring every year for the winner ... the case was the same price but much smaller ... in addition the name plate was no on it ... Iid receive the name plate several weeks later in the mail ... not sure why it didn’t come with it?

I would give Tropghy Smack a 10 star review if I were able to! All I can say is they went above and beyond expectations! As a commissioner of a fantasy football league, I wanted to do something special for our leagues 10 year anniversary. I knew for sure that an upgraded league trophy would be a nice surprise but I couldnt get over those shiny new rings. I thought, how awesome would it be to get the previous 9 winners of the league some sparkling new bling bling rings... as much as I loved the idea, it was a little out of my budget for a brand new 36" trophy and 10 rings I explained my situation to Trophy Smack and they absolutely loved my enthusiasm and wanted to do what they could to make it work! I even recieved a phone call thanking me for my purchase and commending my efforts as a commissioner. I would recommend Trophy Snack to anyone and everyone for their amazing efforts and the best customer satisfaction I have ever been a part of.
