Fellow is very slow at shipping & dispatching. Got my tracking number then they took an extra 6 days to even dispatch my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. Their customer service is non-existent. Took way too long to get delivered for the area i’m located.

This Item has rounded edges (tips easily and wobbles if not put on surface directly and carefully vertical). If item is tapped, it wobbles, too. Have 2 insulated bottles from other brands, both of which have a flat bottom, and do not have this issue. I was very excited for the otherwise great design features. If you ever make a V2.0 of this that addresses the 'disaster waiting to happen edges', I'm all in!

I’d already purchased two Carter Carry Tumblers in the past—one for coffee, one for tea—but I always wanted one in stainless steel. Finally happy to have it. It looks beautiful and is as functional as ever. I’d recommend it to anyone.

This thing really keeps my coffee hot for a long time but it’s been challenging to clean the mouthpiece on the slide lid. It also gets such frequently and the rubber seal on the inside of the lid came off and won’t stay on, it also takes FOREVER to put back on, really disappointing for the price point but otherwise I love the cup

This bottle is really well made and sturdy. The top is comfortable to hold and my favorite part is the splash guard (living in the city with all the pot holes I can now safely get a sip of water without spilling it on myself) I only knocked off one star because was surprised how heavy it is but I got over it because it's a great water bottle.

Unfortunately I don’t love this one, it leaks, even when I’m being careful. I was excited for the carrying handle but it doesn’t seem to be made the same as the usual carter move mugs.

Lids don’t align with the cup properly. This doesn’t cause any issues with the function and it still seals and works as it should. When the lid is fully tightened, it is not aligned with the rest of the cup. It’s mostly a cosmetic issue, but you can easily feel the lip of the lid overhanging with your hand and can see that it doesn’t line up. These new lids just are not the same quality level as the other ones. The handle is nice though.

I have enjoyed Carter tumblers for several years now. I have the 12oz and 16oz versions, but wanted something larger specifically to take into work. Finally, Fellow released this version which is perfect for my needs. My perfect amount of coffee in the morning is about 16oz, so this 20oz tumbler gives me the perfect amount of volume for 2oz of creamer with room to spare. The added bonus of the built in carrying handle just makes it that much easier to carry in and out of the office.

Horrible "soy sauce" smell coming from Tumbler. Washed multiple times, in various ways, and that smell still won't go away! After doing some research this is not an uncommon problem with Fellow's ceramic products. What a shame. Some people describe the smell as "garlic", well whatever it is, it is STRONG. I wrote an email to Fellow, and unfortunately have not heard anything back yet, and you can't call them...so, hopefully I hear from their team!
