I came upon this bar at wegmans and wanted to try it because of the healthy ingredients. Wow this bar was better than I expected and now I’m hooked. I do wish they were a bit cheaper but it’s not too bad!

I first tried these bars at my local spin class and they were amazing so I ordered them and it took a month to arrive and they were extremely dry, I also got the vanilla spice ones and those were even more dry :( not sure what went wrong with my order but was crushed

They changed the recipe and it shows. Unfortunately the bars taste nothing like they did before - I learned this only after dropping over $150 on multiple boxes! Sadly I won't be purchasing these again unless the recipe returns to what it was before.

Where do I start? First order was delivered four weeks later after two emails to the contact email, and a text, which were never acknowledged. I finally got in touch with someone on the chat page. He was less than helpful. I had to send 5-6 messages more than once to get a response from him. He offered me a whopping 10 free bars for an order that shipped after a MONTH of waiting. Same thing happened with second order, it was received after three weeks from purchase date. Be weary of EXTREMELY long waits for shipping... I was told you all are a small business that is growing faster than expected. I appreciate hearing that and congratulate you all but as a disgruntled customer, I would have liked to have seen more effort to get me my product ASAP and offered something more than 10 free bars for my troubles. You make good protein bars but it didn't seem like good customer service was a priority on your end.
