I was so excited to try this product, but it arrived completely damaged. When I opened the box, the oil had leaked everywhere, coating the entire packaging and making a huge mess. The bottle inside was sticky, dented, and looked like it had exploded. It’s not just an inconvenience—this made the product unusable and frankly disgusting to handle. For the price, I expected far better quality control. Truly needs to do better with how they package and ship their items. I won’t be ordering again unless this is addressed.
