The motor includes an internal PTC protection program. If the motor overheats and shuts down, disconnect the power cord for user safety and allow time for the PTC to reset.

BK688 Safety and Usage Guidelines

·Continuous Operation: Due to the product's high power, it is recommended not to operate it continuously for more than 3 minutes to prevent the main unit from overheating.

·Overheat Protection: The device is equipped with a high-temperature protection mechanism that automatically shuts it off if internal temperatures exceed 150°C (302°F). If this protection is triggered, simply unplug the unit and allow it to cool for 15–30 minutes before reconnecting the power to resume operation.

·Power Source Safety: The BK688 blender contains no internal batteries, eliminating the risk of battery-related safety hazards.

·Missing or Damaged Items: In the event of stock shortages or shipping damage, please contact customer service immediately to arrange a replacement.

·Cups Assembly: The large and small cups are stacked together for storage. Please separate them before first use.

·Blade Jams: If the blades become stuck during operation, use the included mixing stick to gently stir the food and prevent jamming. Do not use your hands.

Additional Notes

·Burning Smell: A minimal burnt odor may be normal for a new machine. This can occur when the enameled copper wires exceed 150°C. The smell should dissipate within 5–10 minutes and will diminish with regular use.

·Smoking: Visible smoking is generally not expected. If this occurs, please immediately stop using the device, record a video, and contact customer service for assistance.

Two Cups:
