BK688 Product Guidelines and Troubleshooting Solutions

1. Missing Accessories If any accessories are missing when you open the product, record an unboxing video or take photos and contact customer service. (If accessories are damaged, you can purchase replacements in our store.)

2. Non-Delivery If you haven't received the product, contact customer service with delivery photos and your correct address.

3. Damage or Scratches Damages or scratches on the product are likely due to rough shipping—not a defect. Contact customer service for assistance.

4. Cleaning Issues

1）Clean the product promptly after use to prevent discoloration.

2）If the cup turns black, clean it with a degreaser. If it doesn’t clean well within three months, contact customer service for a replacement; after three months, replacement parts can be bought from our store.

5.Product Malfunction

1）Fill the lage cup with water and hold down the small cup to keep it from lifting. Turn on the blender (switch to "on," set to "Fruit" mode, then press "Pulse") and record a 10-second video for customer service.

2）If excessive power or prolonged use triggers overheating protection, let the unit cool for 30 minutes before trying again.

3）When blending ice, add water or juice to cover the ice (this isn’t needed for smaller pieces).

4）Ensure the plug is securely connected and the cup is properly engaged to activate the safety switch.

5）Finally, check that all four corners under the cup are pressed down firmly.
