It smells heavenly, it reminds me of birch sap, just such a pure rendition of the natural scent of birch. Amazing!

Aspirin is a derivative of birch so it is no wonder it is great for sore muscles. Not only does it help the discomfort but the smell is so relaxing. I also use it in an oil mix that I use on my face (carrier oil with birch, bergamot, clary sage, elemi, pink pepper. frankincense. sea fennel). My skin positively loves it. Birch is an essential for an oil collection.

I can't thank Edens Garden enough for making great oils at affordable prices. I've used Doterra for years and was always happy with the quality but not the price. My husband is a farmer and does a lot of heavy lifting and is having intense shoulder pain as a result. I hopped on the EG website and ordered a 5mL bottle of each Birch and Wintergreen to make him a rub. Birch isn't even available from Doterra and a 10mL bottle of Wintergreen is $22 plus shipping. I was able to get both oils for under $13 with free shipping. Amazing!

This stuff helps relieve the pain from sore aching joints, stiff necks, sore back muscles. It smells good. Is also oddly soothing to use so I believe in the emotional relaxation parts described in the literature on it. Of course, one does not have to be "tense" to enjoy that benefit. If you have pain, you have tension, there is no getting around the fact that pain, even small ones, cause some internal disturbance. This Birch EO helps, mostly with the actual pain, but it also helps relax. And, again, it smells good.

E.G. birch essential oil will forever be a staple in my medicine cabinet. Most recently, I used it to take the edge off a toothache until I could get to the dentist. It made the pain more than bearable, and I would recommend this to anyone as a multipurpose wonder oil!

Greetings! On my 40th birthday I had the supreme pleasure of recieving the Ultimate 2 Portfolio Set from my best friend. I am happy to say I LOVE rediscovering old oils and Birch is one of them. I recently made a foot/Plantar Fasciitis balm. 4 oz Coconut Oil 90 drops Birch 30 drops Frankincense 20 drops Lavender I have bern using this recipe for 2 months now. Feet hurt less. They don't sweat and they feel great! This oil is a miracle!

Before I opened this bottle, I could smell the oil through the bottle, through the bubble wrap, through the packaging! Yes, it's that powerful! Smells like fresh wintergreen chewing gum, which is refreshing and eye opening. This oil is very helpful with my gout. I hope you will try it, you will love it!

I love Edens Garden. I recently ordered the 30 ml of this oil because I use it so often for pain. I make a 2 oz salve with birch, black pepper, muscle Relief and align. It takes care if just about every pain I have. Edens Garden is amazingly awesome in quality, customer service and price.

I am very happy with the birch oil. It has a pleasing "root beer" scent, and is very warming on my aching muscles. I used it with black pepper oil and the combination is great together!
