I love my bionic dryer, I’ve been using them for over 20 years. The warranty is the best ever. I will say that this dryer that I did just get is very different than the one I had. I find it louder and not as hot and also the low setting is still too high, but I’m going to have to get used to it but again it’s the best company ever.

My 4 month old 10x went cold. Registered warranty, I submitted for replacement. The newer model I received back is cooler and louder. My hearing has been impacted by years of blowdrying and don’t need about blower.

I absolutely love my new ultra light hair dryer! Not only does it dry my client's hair super fast but the blow dryer is ultra light to hold as well!! I would buy another one. their customer support team has been very patient and extremely helpful along the way to find the right dryer for me. I cannot thank them enough and encourage anyone or hair stylist looking for a mid-level price point blow dryer to please consider this one.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My package never came… I called they told me to call back in 3-5 days in case it showed up. Never did. I have called probably 10+ times and no one even answers. I left 2 voicemails and sent probably 5+ emails with no help. I HAD TO MESSAGE THEM ON INSTAGRAM and they told me to call and email the same contacts I already had. That’s insanely embarrassing for a company of this magnitude. I had to file a dispute and hope they approve it because no one reaches back out or answers the phone.

I bought one of these that is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. The 1st dryer lasted about a year and they replaced it…. Now the second dryer will not get hot after about a year and an half and they will not replace it. So much for that 10 year warranty !!!! I am not a hair dresser either… I use this dryer on average 2-3 times a week

I owned the previous 10X design. I lined it howywished it had heat control, so when they came out with the new 10X design with heat control I had to get it. I love this hair dryer light weight and drys the hair fast.

I had the last model and my only complaint was I couldn’t control the heat. So when I got the new one and not only could I control the heat setting but I could also lock in the mode I’m using so I didn’t accidentally change the fan or heat setting I was so beyond thrilled!

It seems like a great blow dryer but when it’s on lock the temperature keeps going cold. Heat isn’t staying on in lock mode. Am I doing something wrong? Thx!

I’ve had the pleasure of using the Power light pro dryer for many years, but I decided to take the plunge and try the 10 times Ultralight speed dryer. I’m thrilled with my decision! The dryer’s low setting is gentle on my fine hair and I can achieve a truly professional looking blowout. If you’re in the market for a new dryer, I highly recommend giving this one a try, especially if you have fine hair!

Honestly, this has been the best purchase I’ve made for my hair. For months, I was researching different tools like flat irons, brushes, and dryers because I was so tired of the damage I was getting from using three different ones every time I washed my hair. My routine before was blow dryer, flat iron, and heating brush, and even after all that, I wasn’t really happy with the results. My hair was falling out, breaking, especially in the front, and the frizz was just out of control. I have really long, coarse, colored, frizzy hair that’s kind of a mix between straight and wavy, so air-drying was never an option for me. It just made it worse. I finally decided to get the Bio Ionic Dryer, and from the first time I used it, I could tell it was completely different from anything else I’ve tried. It’s super lightweight, so it doesn’t hurt my arms while I’m drying, and since I have very long and thick hair that takes a while to dry, being so light makes a huge difference because my hands don’t get tired or sore. It also makes my hair smooth and shiny without feeling like I’m frying it. I actually researched the temperatures of the tools I was using before and realized they were way too hot. I was damaging my hair with all that heat and not even getting the results I wanted. With the Bio Ionic, I’ve been using just the low heat setting, and my hair has been looking its best ever, really smooth, shiny, and almost no frizz. I also purchased the Graphene Thermal Styling Brush, and that was a game-changer too. The brush adds extra volume at the roots and makes styling even faster. In just two uses, using the same hair products I always do, I saw a noticeable difference in my hair. It was smoother, shinier, and felt healthier overall. I was able to blow-dry and style my hair in half the time using only one tool, which is something I never thought I could do with my texture. What really impressed me, though, were the changes I noticed between washes. Before, I used to wash my hair every two days because by day two, my scalp would get oily and my ends would be super dry and tangled. Now, I can go three to four days between washes, and my hair still feels clean, my scalp is not greasy, and my ends don’t get all knotted up anymore.
