I was really surprised at the taste of this.I was worried that it was gonna be something.I really wouldn't like but it's just like an apple juice flavor and it's so easy to take. Sometimes I feel that 1 isn't enough.So I'll take another one and i'm not sure that's the right thing to do. I was spending over a $159 a month just to go have NAD.I.V therapy and I much rather do this. Super yummy and easy to take!
