So I dont use this for sports I actually use this for keeping my hair up as I unload trailers at work. This fits my hair inside (not super thick but long past my shoulders) and didnt move around at all unlike how the Mission gaiter would. I plan on buying many more and wearing them anytime I dont want to deal with the hot weather or excessive sun as well as for my sweaty job (be sure to wash them!).
