I loved the black smoke shades HOWEVER I returned everything in my order due to very poor customer service. The customer service is a ZERO. The second pair of shades were a doe brown that did not match the color shown online. I requested to return only the doe brown pair and was denied. I had to go back and forth with the agent, sent pictures and was still had to go through hassle. At that point I said I wanted to return the entire order, then they gave me the option to return the doe brown shades and no return fee charge. I returned the entire order. I then received a refund with a fee! I had to rebuttal the fee! I had to get at them for real about playing with my money…I received full refund. Never again will I order from QUAY. Okay quality but I’ll stay with Ray Ban
