As much as I love the look of Away luggage, unfortunately airport baggage handlers toss them around, which causes lots of scratches, marks, and dents. I also wish the zippered side of the interior was removable.

Just finished my first trip with a medium flex, and everything was very nice. Rolls great, love the compression side, and the light green color makes it easy to spot in baggage claim. Only complaint is it got tons of black scuffs. They're only cosmetic and 90 percent came off with the magic eraser they provided, but I had to scrub for about 10 minutes. Probably will have to do that after every trip to keep it looking nice, which is annoying.

I was hesitant to buy hard-sided luggage because I like having storage pockets. I did extensive research on dozens of brands, and I chose this because of the inside organization. I just returned from 1st trip and loved using this!

I still appreciate the ruggedness of the AWAY bag yet it could use a bit more attention to the straps inside. They are a little too loose.

Took a trip recently and had opportunity to use new luggage. Easy to pack, kept everything wrinkle free. Tons of space. Good pockets. Very light weight but sturdy. Bought lt green. 😁

Recent trip to Switzerland. Train travel and slugging suitcases through stations. The unit rolled well and easily, so pretty happy with that. The zipper was an issue. This broke during the trip.

This suitcase has the perfect amount of space for two weeks of clothing and other essentials. I prefer the flex so I can pack more inside and the zipper has held up well so far.
