I had a different version of this product that was reaching close to 10 years old, and one of the zippers broke. Away replaced the product as part of their lifetime guarantee without me needing to do much and I love the new one!

Wheels are so smooth, and it carries more than I need. I fill it up to what I think is the max, and it closes without any issue, so I could definitely add more. Excited to travel and use it more often. Feels secure and lightweight.

Carry-on has great maneuverability. Love matching slide on bag. Makes walking through airports easier. Also, I had to return an item and the return process was simple with no fees.

I love the look of the Away luggage but decided to return it for 2 reasons: —handle seems flimsy when I have it all the way extended so I can attached my carryon —I wish there was a separate zipper for the extended option. Without it, I didn't care for the ""accordion"" movement.

Perfect for international travel. Everything I needed for two weeks in Europe fit easily (9 outfits, was able to do laundry once). Never had to check at the gate either!

I do like my new tango red carry on but it's smaller than I expected. It's sturdy and good looking but If you need a carry on to hold 5 days of clothes get the larger one.

We bought two of these bags and used them as carry-ons for travel out of country. We were able to avoid checking luggage and still had everything we needed! we look forward to more travel with them!

I'm not sure if it is the matte finish or just these suitcases but after one use there are several black scuff marks (as there were with my last Away suitcase). Since this is yellow, it especially shows it. The provided remover got some of them off but I figure I just have to live with it. The suitcase itself works as expected.

My carry on goes everywhere with me, easily packing ten days into it. Love it, the trolley broke somehow at 8 years, Away replaced my bag when it couldn't be fixed. Customer forever!

I had my Away bag for many years and it started to have a few issues. I pulled up my old receipt and sent to customer service at away and they sent me a new bag right away. I was thrilled to keep using this brand, I love my away bag!

It looks great- I do wish I had purchased the expandable version. The inner mesh zip isn't holding up well and is fairly flimsy. I'll have to take this in for exchange.

This is my third purchase on Away and I absolutely love them. This one is spacious and has all the features you need for a short trip. The colour is exactly as pictured. It's a bit more compact than the large but still a great size.
