There is only a 20 minute delay timer for the automatic cleaning feature, so the litter is often still wet and just sticks to the rakes. It doesn’t get clean at all.
Update: Petcove called and is doing what they can to make it right. Will update again when new box arrives.

I like this litterbox so far. Its cleaning capabilities aren’t the best but the litter stick to the scrapers. Could be a litter problem. But it has excellent ordor control which imo is a plus. It’s easy to clean . I don’t trust its sensor that much I use the manual option. Only one cat use it.

I mean it’s okay, but if your cats like mine and doesn’t pee in the middle or front it just gets stuck in the back and the rake cannot pick it up. Youll need to scoop the back of it and wipe it off daily. Overall not terrible but also not really worth the price point.
