pretty easy to set up after reading the instructions! works just as advertised and is actually extremely quiet. my cat loves it and i love that i can track how much he drinks!

Definitely a better water fountain than I've used before. My cat loves knocking them around or knocking then over, so the heaviness, clasps, and magnetic base are wonderful at deterring that. He did turn it over once, and pull out the top spout, but otherwise ok. Good way to help with his hydration.

Works amazingly and even has a sensor. The only downside is that I’m not able to take the part with the filter off easily. Probably user error but I recommend!

The units came well packaged and worked very well once setup. Setting them up was fairly easy, I had some difficulty getting them on wifi and staying connected but only at first. The ONLY major issue is that one my cats, and 8 month old kitten, was able to get her bottom teeth stuck under the provided collar even on the smallest diameter possible and the collar did not break away. Thankfully, I noticed before going to bed and removed it. I replaced it with a Walmart breakaway collar and although it still has the same risk, it breaks away and won't leave her in pain and distress.

We have one cat that's a fatty fatty and one with severe food allergies. We debated forever but ultimately decided we needed these feeders. I have absolutely no regrets and loved the $60 coupon on TTS making them significantly cheaper than Amazon or ordering direct from PetLibro. No complaints!

Got these for my dog and cat to test out before I go on vacation so they never miss a meal and it's worked really well so far I just have to get back up batteries incase the wifi goes out. Overall live this product and would recommend to anyone with pets who plan to travel.

Easy to set up , cats seem to like it , just a learning curve to figure out how to program the schedule to best feed your fur babies but the user manual does come with a chart to help you get started Pet likability: 5 out of 5 paws. Quality of work: 5out of 5 paws.

Quick to set up, with clear instructions. Very silent! For the dog, but cats have already descended upon it. 😆
