Wouldn't stay in my moms ear and she couldn't tell any different with them in as out. No improvement in hearing

I have used hearing aids for more than 10 years, always behind the ear kind. This is my first experience with in the ear kind, it took a few days to get used to them, but now I don't know I have them on, except for the great hearing, I love them!

Audien Pro 2 hearing aids are working wonderfully. As they say there is a learning curve and an adjustment period getting used to wearing them and hearing better! They're very small and hardly noticeable. The smaller tips worked great for me and I didn't have to change them. The 5 volume levels and the 4 modes are working OK for me but I find that I need to change them often for the environment that I'm in. The batteries last all day and the charger only needs to be recharged every couple days, which is nice. They're also very durable as I have dropped them several times (whoops) and it hasn't seemed to affect them. My hearing has improved dramatically and I'm hearing things that I haven't noticed in years (i.e. floor boards creaking, refrigerator running, fans that sound like jet engines now and tv volumes that are much lower) They're very easy to take care of and clean and the UV light in the case is a nice touch There are a few caveats though. Audien recommends changing the ear tips and the wax guards frequently (maint. $$) but that's probably true of other hearing aids. The LED readout (4 LED's) on the charger case always seem to be on. If I look real close I can barely see a dimness in the RH side LED's indicating a discharge. Must be splash from the other LED's. Not a huge deal. For the price I believe they cannot be beat and were worth the investment. I'm hearing much better and as a bonus my tinnitus has been reduced. I'm thinking in the future of possibly trying a model with bluetooth for quicker/easier adjustments

Beautiful presentation. Of package. The microphone needs to be relocated to the center of the unit. This will permit the microphone not to touché the inside walls of the ear. And allowing the whistling noise to be eliminated.

Comfortable and great sound quality. Takes some time to get volume and sound styles the way you like them but once that is done you can wear them all day with no issues.

Every thing is fine except for the high pitch sound when the microphone touch the ear inner side walls or when you move the head side ways. I think that the microphone hole must be relocated on the center of the device away from both side of the ears side walls to avoid making contact with the skin of the ears. This microphone must be located at center of the ear away from the sides when the device is already inserted into the aers. I love the charging box.the

I started to use the hearing aids, and I loved how now I could hear the tv and voices at meetings. I took them to a Christmas Party and the yelling was so loud I took them out of my ear and somehow, they were thrown away with all the wrappings. Please get me a new pair at 50% off. I can't afford to buy another pair at full price. Thanks so much and I will send a photo with my new pair. Paul

My experience has been great! Have traditional hearing aids, but unable to use them due to irritation developed from oxygen hoses. These are a God sent.
