Make this part of your bedtime routine. I use a little on the middle of my chest, the back of my neck and sometimes on the shoulder/neck area also. Being a roll-on makes this super easy. The scent is immediately relaxing & calming. Great part of self care. My sleep has been better, waking up a lot less during the night and I have felt more energy when I wake up.

I wanted to really like this oil. I love that it's clean and it doesn't irritate my skin. I bought it more for a oil perfume. The smell just doesn't last. It might be good for bed time, when I'm a sleep. But that's about it. This will just be for my nightly routine.
