I like easy...I'm a lazy f**ker when I can be. They're good sized lozenges and the serving is 4. But it's like eating candy, so I don't think it's a downside. Biggest issue will be taste. I got Grape. They use natural flavor. It's pretty packed with flavorless supplement. Basically not much for flavor BUT you mindless eaters won't have to worry about eating the whole bottle. Anyone who has ever scarfed down a whole bottle of a gummy supplement will understand that TOO TASTY can be bad as well. A lot more flavor than boiled chicken, so most lifters will think they taste AMAZING. That's it, super convenient without an awful or over powering taste.
