It’s only been a little over a week that I have been taking the creatine. I am training for a 10k. I am 71 years old and so far I still have it. Hopefully, it’s the creatine that’s helping me.

I have been taking Creatine HCI for several months. I’m very happy that it is American-made. I have had no stomach upset issues, and I especially like that a serving is one pill daily. I can’t really say how much it helps my muscles or mental acuity but will continue to take for its potential to maintain or improve. I also like that with Amandean’s subscribe and save feature, you are notified before time for the next shipment, and if necessary, the shipment can be skipped or you can pick a date that will be more convenient.

I had asked my doctor more than a year ago if I should take creatine as an older adult. She had never even considered it. Yet, I kept reading and seeing more info about it and since I was working hard to stay healthy and strong, I wanted to try it. This capsule form is great for me, as I have a few other supplements to take and it fits into my schedule. I have had none of the bloating or weight gain that the powder can cause and I am hopeful that my muscles are now happier! I have only been taking it for a short while, so cannot report on any real results, hence the four stars. Here's hoping a few months from now finds me stronger!

I have only been taking the creatine for about a month and a half, but I’ve already noticed that, the day after a strenuous workout, I’m less sore than I used to be. My body certainly appreciates this speedier recovery!

I can't say that I see a huge difference with the Creatine yet, but I don't have any side effects with two weeks of use so far, and I've had issues with monohydrate in the past so I plan on using these for awhile to see how they work in the long term. I like that it's not another thing to mix in my water or protein. Sometimes taking a pill is just easier.

I like that it's just one pill a day Like that it's made in the USA! Good quality like all your stuff, seems to work about like the Creatine Monohydrate did, it does make me retain water, I don't feel much different but maintaining is the goal, right?
