Also the part where it opens the rubber piece that holds it together and allows it to open was falling out luckily I was able to push it back in and has stayed in. So far so good. My husband uses at work and there's one screw at work the ballpoint won't fit and he would have to go to his old set. I don't know what size but other than that he likes them. I do too. People at work think they are nice and like how they are color coded and able to see the sizes
