I use this product everyday after eating a meal. It makes me feel not as bloated, and I feel like I am able to go to the bathroom easier than previously. I do feel like this was also one of the products that helped me lose weight. I can't credit the entire product, because I made healthier choices, and I lifted weights, but I do feel that without this product it would have been more challenging for me to lose the weight that I lost. Don't sleep on this one!
