I think zinc is close to as important as magnesium and potassium !

I am actually zinc deficient and I take this 3 times a day. I’d love another version w/o the copper but believe me when I say Incan tell a difference between these 30mg vs a standard 50mg. I’m sure the chelation is key but I know my body loves these!
