I paid extra to get them over night. Got them and they gave me the wrong size. I was supposed to get size 10 and they gave me size 5.

I LOVE these! They are my first pair so I don’t have much to compare too. But I love them just the same. They are beautiful comfy and supportive. There are a couple kinks…one of the rhinestone cuffs already has a corner peeled (I’ve worn them for a total of 1 hour ish) and you really have to find the right spot to place the cuff for them to stay up completely. Otherwise love them!

Great looking heel with nice minimal toe straps and sexy ankle strap. But it does indeed require lace loosening and tying to take it off or put it on. This is NOT a pair to try to take off when you are drunk after a nice of partying!
