I really like these, they work but I wish they would stick more! I am buying another set of them but honing the design gets better over time.

Was very skeptical when I bought these, but they actually work. I use the product whenever I feel a hard cyst forming on my face. Six hours later, the bump is still there but it’s considerably smaller. However, 1-2 days later, it’s completely gone. Now that’s amazing. In the past, if left untreated my cysts would grow larger, redder and become more painful over time. They’d last for weeks. The only way to get rid of them was by going to the dermatologist for a cortisone shot. These dots are expensive, but definitely cheaper and more convenient than a visit to the dermatologist. Never want to be without them—they really work for me. Please consider making jumbo packs.

I am a huge fan of pimple patches because I tend to pick my face and I liked that these had extra acne fighting ingredients and technology. My only complaint is that the package didn’t have enough patches ☺️

This is the best pimple patch I have ever used, and I have used A LOT. I had a deep, painful underground pimple (if that's what you call a volcano) on my chin for two days. And yes I tried popping it.. sigh.. and that made it worse. So, I went to the store to find anything that would soothe the crater sized pimple on my chin because I have work 9-5 and had a wedding to go to that weekend. I picked up these because I knew the ingredients were good, so I decided to try my luck. I sh*t you not my wound(pimple) is gone three days later. I put one on overnight, and my pain was gone the next day. Put another one on the next night and everything was sucked DRY. So I'm on my third day, pimple dried up, smoothed out, and almost invisible. I have never written a review on ANYTHING but these are so d*mn good that I had to share this miracle product.

I received the early stage acne dot, for free to give a honest review. After receiving this. I felt a break out. So I applied a dot on my inflamed area. I was a little nervous becuse the description mentioned 430 microneeding but just to let you know it did not hurt at all. Instead it relived the uncomfortable under the skin irritation. So I applied one the next day an it ( the pimple) was already 1/2the size as the day before an zero pain now. Used the 3 rd day it was already almost completely gone these are a game changer. I really recommend you give these a try. I have never used anything that worked as easily as this it was effortlessly to apply it worked so fast.

These dots were a hit or miss for me. On one bump, I used a dot every night for 3 nights and the bump eventually shrunk! But, I did use it on one blemish as soon as the bump appeared and it surfaced the next day into a full on pimple. Ultimately, the dots are worth trying because, depending on the blemish, it could work!

The micro needles are sharp, which I like, but I find that the disk fills with fluid from the patch too quick and then it ends up peeling off in like an hour. I didn’t see a whole Lotta difference in my pimples between the regular one or with this one. I wish it had more powerful medicine in it and the dots have this white paper around it and it makes it kind of awkward to take that off and apply. There’s always a little wonky.

This new version of dots is a hard pass for me. I used it on a early stage pimple and the results were not as expected. The blemish didn't decreas in size and was still painful and noticeable. Will not buy these again.
