I STILL do not have my order. I cannot get a hold of a manager. I have called literally six times to try to resolve the issue - which is that YOU did not ship my order - and still no resolution. Your company is absolute garbage and no one should ever order from you for ANY circumstance. You are literally terrible at your job. Absolute trash.

Speakers were fine. Sounds great. Shipping with USPS was awful. The package was lost for over a week, and then finally found after I filed a complaint. Don’t guess that DS18 could do anything about that, but it definitely can’t be allowed to become a problem that’s ongoing. Y’all may have to consider alternate ways to ship. Again, very pleased with your product—exactly what my son wanted.

These things are so good clear as day can’t miss the lyrics and they’ll get so loud it’ll piece your ears tune the amp right and have a good amp these things are the best you can get
