I was pretty disappointed with these. All four plastic lids have open shaker tops, like spice jars but without closure, so there is nothing to protect against the degradation of the contents. I was actually looking for plastic lids so I could use my 4oz mason jars to store leftover salad dressing. The original lids had no rubber in them and quickly rusted. I tried to exchange these because I found the photos misleading. Would cost more to exchange than to just buy new lids at a hardware store. Disappointing customer service.

These are nice jars, life fit well. I was disappointed that they didn’t have an open side to use measuring tool and a sprinkle side. I probably should have read the description more carefully.
