Bouta week of use in, the weight denominations don’t really make that much sense and they smell terrible (real latex is just like that) but I am not noticing any signs of premature wear, they shipped on time and the order was correct. In my opinion they are probably a little over priced, but if you don’t want to research Amazon to find the best cheap ones this is a good option, to just grab one thing and use that.

Bands feel very high-quality and durable. I expect them to last for some time. Only down side is the very “latex-y” powder on the bands. Give them a good soapy scrub (maybe two) and hang dry.

I've been using the 41" bands for a few weeks. They are definitely a very high quality band and provide plenty of tension and I get good workouts from them. Overall very happy with the purchase.

These bands are great for deadlifts, and doubling them over means that you get resistance much lower in the movement than you can get with other bands.

At 62, I find myself leanings towards bands for a few years now. Have had many other bands and these are without a doubt the best I have worked out with. Anybody who get's done with a "serious" Serious Steel Band workout and says they don't feel it, is full of, well you know?. Great bands, great customer service. Game changer for me switching over.

I have found variable resistance training with Serious Steel bands to be great as I build up from several injuries. These bands are excellent quality and are available from light to very heavy. I initially thought I’d never need the heavier bands but I am seeing rapid results and could easily be using #5 with the X3 bar in a few months. The most effective strength training I’ve ever done.

My trainer & gym owner decided to close his business down a few months after I joined (no hard feelings, great reasoning). He used these in the gym & in my training. He lives this company. Happy with my elbow cuffs & wrist straps he recommended from here, I decided to purchase the set to use at home until I find another gym I like. I love that I can travel with them. The quality compared to others I've used is phenomenal. Very affordable. I love that they are local to me (VA). My rheumatologist was impressed by the quality & took down their info (hopefully they will purchase &/or share).

These are the best resistance bands I've ever used. They are highly durable and withstand so much without me having to worry about them getting damaged. They have been a dream to use and have added so much more versatility to my workouts. I highly recommend!

I'd used mobility bands before, but never ones with this much "weight." Construction is solid, and attaching to bars or posts via half hitch or loop provides a solid anchor that doesn't distress the band at all. Though I haven't had these long enough for it to be an issue, you'll want to store these in a cool, dry place, clean them if they get dirty, and make sure to alter where you "knot" them to avoid repeated wear in a single spot. Solid product.

Was hesitant buying these bands but the reviews were great! Now I know why, I love these things I have used them multiple times and they are the best!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to step up your fitness game and use something different!!

Purchased these to use with the Superior Harambe System Kbar resistance band system. These bands were an excellent addition for smaller progressions with the larger Serious Steel bands.
