Lymphatic drainage genuinely works! But you do have to drink plenty of water. And results are much more drastic if dieting. I love their chlorophyll better than any other brand! It's so convenient to be able to carry the packets to work. I like original flavor better than melon flavor.

Delivery time was insanely fast, taste delicious. Too early to tell if there are physical benefits but it makes water easier for me drink so still a win!
